As its name suggests, La Creole Beach Resort comprises wooden framed, Creole style bungalows and chalets nestling among an abundance of tropical palms, hibiscus, and lilies right on the sandy beach just outside the lively fishing village of Gosier. Each with a balcony or terrace views over the hotel's gardens or the ocean beyond, the modern, air conditioned guestrooms feature dark wood furniture enlivened by brightly coloured fabrics.
The hotel boasts a 500 square meter swimming pool surrounded by terraces with loungers and parasols, where guests can soak up the Caribbean sunshine and enjoy exotic juice drinks and classic rum cocktails from the bar. Younger guests are well provided for with separate children's pools and a kids club offering a wide range of programmed activities. There is a fitness room with cardio vascular equipment and weights and at the beach guests can try their hand at a range of water sports. Catamaran tours of the island depart from the hotel. Guests can count on round the clock front desk service, free Internet access, complimentary onsite parking and tour assistance. Guadaloupe is easily explored from the hotel by car. Central Gossier is about a 500 metre stroll away and the lively and picturesque village of Sainte Anne is about five kilometres from the hotel. Pointe a Pitre airport is 12 kilometres and approximately a 20 minute drive away.
