This resort is located on Jamaica's world famous Seven Mile Beach, approximately eight miles from Negril and 50 miles from Montego Bay. Set amid lush tropical gardens, the resort offers two outdoor pools and two spa tubs. At Irie on the Beach Restaurant and Bar, guests can enjoy spectacular views, Jamai can cuisine, and tropical drinks. This resort features eight one, two and three bedroom beach villas and 28 hotel guestrooms that include Superior and Garden Rooms. Superior Rooms are located on the second or third floor atop the villas on the beach side. These rooms have views of lush tropical gardens. Garden Rooms are located on the land side (across the street from the beach). All rooms feature balconies, air conditioning, ceiling fans, cable TV, and in room safes. There are no room charges for children, 11 and younger, who occupy the same room as their parents or guardians.

The property has green and yellow awnings on both sides on the Blvd.
