Location. Facing the sea from the beachfront on a private stretch of beach, the Miami Beach Resort & Spa in Miami Beach, Fla., is less than two miles from Miami Beach Convention Center and the Art Deco District. South Beach is less than three miles from the hotel. American Airlines Arena is less than four miles away.
Hotel Features. Classic artwork, fresh flower arrangements and a mosaic tiled, marble floor embellish the lobby in the Miami Beach Resort and Spa. The hotel provides a seasonal pool overlooking the beach and a private boat dock on the beach. The fitness center provides cardiovascular and weight training equipment, steam rooms and saunas. An on site business center and 40,000 square feet of meeting space are available. The Hibiscus Court offers continental breakfasts, while the poolside Sea Breeze offers quick grill items including burgers. Continental and regional cuisine is available at Ocean Bistro and Bar. Shuttles are available to take guests to four area golf courses. Jet ski rentals, towel services and lemonade vendors are available on the adjoining beach.
Guestrooms. The 424 guestrooms at the Miami Beach Resort and Spa are brightened with splashes of blues and greens. Floor to ceiling windows offer views of the city or ocean. Amenities include cable television and high speed Internet access for a fee. Rooms include refrigerators.
Expert Tip. The outdoor pool area at the Miami Beach Resort and Spa is surrounded by cabanas available for rent. Cabanas include televisions, futons, baths, refrigerators and covered lounge chairs.
